I really need to stop weighing everyday...sigh, up 2.2

the scale isn't my friend right now. I've got to remember to be more patient!

Yesterday i ended up doing PH/UB then Jillian Michaels Yoga meltdown level one...man, my arms were on fire. Maybe I should of did the yoga first

Lots of planks, slow lowering chaturangas, side planks...i had to stop 25mins into it because of arm cramps.
Today is a cardio. Not sure what yet, I wish i owned Step Blast because i would pull it out. I don't have it on DVR no more...got to record it the next time it comes on.
Belinda-Yay, your back...really missed you and i felt so bad for you because you were sick on vacation. At least it was towards the end of it...how you feeling now? Everything back to normal? Nice workouts lately girl friend!

they go back in august...not sure exactly when yet. Seems the summer breaks get shorter and shorter every year.
Karen-Eating going well, im keeping my @ or around 1600. as you can see from my whinning im still holding steady(did lose about 7lbs of water weight the first week but nada since then) But this is my third week getting back on track so it may take a while for the weight to start coming off(a tleast i hope thats the reason because going any lower that 1600 would be awful hard,ack!) Nice job on B&G today! I need to buy that workout again...right now im focusing on getting SJP/SB
