I'm taking a unexpected rest day today. I was way too tired after work yesterday and I needed some extra sleep - so I took it! I've got my running shoes on though today so I'm sure I will be getting a workout at work in the end.

Today is DH and I's 2nd Anniversary!
 
Morning

Today is upper body with a cardio. I was thinking about doing PH but then decided on doing dble upper body premix on BM2.

yesterday i got a hair up my butt to do some carpet cleaning so i pulled out the old carpet cleaner(after checking on the well,it was completely full:)) then i started on my living room! I never realize how dirty my carpet is until i shampoo it:confused:

Later in the day yesterday i took the dog out for a 45min walk and thats all i did! I also weedeated around the driveway so i was plenty active yesterday.

Workout done! bm2 dble up premix(minus the warmup) then a run interval on the treadmill. Burned 498 cals in total

I did S&H legs today. I been playing with skype.com most of the day. Can't figure out how to work my webscam. Not sure what is going on?
