it felt good to sleep in my own bed:rolleyes: i couldn't sleep in Luxembourg for some reson/

I have a lot of catching up to do:D BBL with personals!

Today's goal:
GS B,S,B

Yesterday was busy with house, work and cooking. My workout was:
GS legs in the Morning and then late last night I tried a TM walking workout with itread #35 part A. It went pretty well with my ankle so I was very happy about that.

Stairs are still an issue but getting better thankfully. :)I will start physical therapy soon. I have to call today to make all the appointments. I just want to get some good exercises to strengthen the ankle.

Just a quick hello. Today was supposed to be abs and 50mins on the treadmill. My legs are still fried from Tuesday (going up and down the stairs 20 times at work yesterday didn't help!) so instead I did abs and then only 20 minutes of interval sprints on the treadmill. Its a good thing I only did 20 because right around 18 my side stitch started to kick in. grrr....

Nice job you two on your workouts yesterday!

Karen: How's your upper today? ;) What got you the most on your lower the other day?
Can you bend today?

Amelia: I wish I had someone to take over my routine here. I just have to keep going just the same injury or not. Doing better today thanks. The ankle is still swollen but not as bad and not as painful. The stairs are a little difficult especially first thing in the morning.

I hope you both have a great workout.

HAHA! Karen we posted at the sametime! Nowonder your feeling your legs big time! You added stair climbing to your routine! HEHE ;) Nice job getting in your abs and a run this morning. Maybe a good stretch later is in order. Have a good one!

Instead of doing 4ds KB i decided to take the kids to the park so they could play while i did some run intervals around the track. It was fun and the time seem to go by quickly. The kids play ground is in the middle of the track so i can keep an eye on them...

36mins total and 330cals burned.

Heidi-Are you doing two workouts a day? I thought about doing that...maybe a weight workout in the morning(maybe some cardio too) then some extra cardio in the evening. I use to walk the dog in the evening...i walked her yesterday for about 20mins(had some coffee after supper so it gave me little boost:confused:) Awesome job on your UB workout...high fives!:)

Heidi glad your on the ankle news.. Great job keeping up with UB workouts. You still need to take it easy! Nice job today on your UB wo and icycle.
