Good morning ladies,

I was so tired yesterday; I ended up taking a nap in the afternoon! I also was out like a light around 8 a.m., I needed that sleep. I had no energy yesterday. My sinus is starting to act up again, that doesn’t help. The weather here in Germany isn’t helping either, one day is hot the next is raining. WTH! I was gonna run outside today, have to go to the gym to get my run in.

Amelia, good for you quitting your job if you are not happy! WTG, on your calorie burn yesterday.

Hallo ladies,

I just got done with my workouts! I burned over 1200 calories; I also don’t fell my legs anymore. I went to the gym did CCV6, as I was leaving the gym my DH diver’s wife showed up (she teaches Zamba glasses in the gym), so I thought ok I will watch it for a little bit. LOL! The girl is only 19 years old; she said I should give it a try. So I did! I was sweating my butt off. She was moving her butt so fast, I couldn’t get my$$ to move like hers, lol! I do have to admit, I had a lot of fun and I was sweating my butt off.

I still have to somehow squeeze in some abs, not sure when I will do them today? I am so bopped!

I might take a rest day today after all - we will see how today pans out. I am playing hooky again today from work with DH. Yesterday we started working on the rest of the basement again. Hopefully we can get more done down there today.

If I'm feeling energetic otherwise, I might try my new Mindy Mylrea workout "The Workout!". I previewed it yesterday and it looked hard. (to me) My arms have some doms from yesterday - I love that feeling. :)


Belinda - Great job at the gym!

Amelia - Have you started your new rotation yet? I'm looking to do a leaner muscle type of rotation next month too. I found a few other ones besides the one your going to do - still have a few days to decide....
 
Morning

Today my rotation calls for Legs, im doing MIS then a lower body workout i found on youtube. Im not sure how long MIS legs is but if i don't burn atleast 300 cals i will have to lunge and squat around the living until i do.:p

Belinda- you rock girlfriend! High fives on your workout!

Karen-i started my rotation on sunday..im loving it so far. I don't have to think about what workout to do,lol. What other rotations are you looking at? Nice job on the DOMS.

Belinda...fortunately MIS was long enough so i didn't have to add on any lunges:confused: those back lunges off the step on MIS is BRUTAL,OMG:eek: I thought she was never stop. And speaking of MIS..i like Cathe's haircut on there,its kinda short with waves..very cute!
