Hi and good monring,

I will do disc 3 (legs) today! Yesterday I noticed in WM all my 1RM for disc 3 are all messed up. My # are way to high, not sure how that happend? Thank goodness, I printed my workout card in Feb.:eek: I need to go back and fix that this weekend.

Hey everyone - Today was STS Disc #26 Plyo Legs! Yikes! Time flew as usual and I had lots of fun. Thankfully there wasn't too much jumping onto the step in this disc because I would have woke up the inlaws for sure. :(

TGIF!!! Can't wait for the weekend to start!

Belinda - Now your making me curious about my 1RM's in the WM - I haven't really looked at them for a few months. Good job on your workout!
 
Morning,

I did my workout early in the morning, just didn’t had time to post. DH wanted me to go to a picnic with him. We left after 45 min.! They didn’t have any food for me to eat, no salad, tomatoes, a veggie tray or fruit tray! They had chicken, chicken and more chicken, brats, rips, potatoes salads with mayo! Yak! Pork & Beans, 20 bags of potatoes chips, WTG! Who went shopping? DH ticked me off, he said they had potatoes salad and chips for you, I was ready to kill him! He is settling here and shoving chicken and rips down his throat and I watched him! I told him, I really enjoy watching you, while I am starving! I just got done working out; I always get so hungry after my workout and no food. I was not gonna eat chips after losing 2 pounds that week. I was too ticked off at DH! I told him next time he wants me to go with him, do you homework! If he wants me to go to all those military functions make sure that I have some kinda food to eat, not crap!


Karen, awesome job with disc 26. I do agree, time flies with those workouts! My # were all mest up, i will fix it this weekend!

Belinda-Congrats on the two lbs! How are you doing it? I remember you saying one time about a small plate that you use to eat with...is that how? I have to count cals or i lose my mind:confused:

not sure what im doing today...probably work in the yard.
 
Amelai, remember I am a vegetarian! I load up my plate with salads & veggies, than I eyeball my beans, tofu! I still use a small plate! I told you I gained over 10 lb. once I got off the meds? I lost it all except 2 lb. I am happy again. Why don't you start STS? You know in the WM, they have little clips you can watch? When you pull up, the workout card you can see how many reps you have to do! Just a thought! You really don't need STS, girl! Let me know what you think! Have fun with your yard! Oh, I don't go crazy on counting cal. any more! Drives me nuts!

Amelia, you don't need the STS DVD's, she has clips on the WM! You can see how she does them. When you print your workout card, it will tell you how many reps you have to do! EASY!:p
