I feel like I am out of the loop this summer with the check-ins. I never seem to get a chance to get back for personals. I apologize.
Yesterday I took a rest day. Today I did 50 minute steady state run. 4.25 Miles, 514 calories burned. I had a bathroom-emergency half way through - gotta love those. (TMI - I know)
I'm supposed to do some stretching yet today, but I'll see if I get it in later today.
Belinda-Awesome workout girl, CC is so much fun! I may purchase CC V 7 this weekend...isn't that the one made with runners in mind or is it CC V 8?
Karen-Great steady state run...i wish i could go that long. I usualy start tuckering out at around 35mins. Of course I haven't done a steady state run in a few weeks(or months) so lord only knows how long i can go....

Todays workout is 4ds chest/shoulders/triceps then i will do that pilates cardio burn...i may even jump on the treadmill for ten minutes after that so i can get a good solid 30min cardio.
Eating still going good im proud of myself!
