Hi and good morning ladies,

We got home late last night, woke up early this morning. We had a wonderful time. Ny son is flying back to the states today:(:( I miss him already! The 3 weeks went by so fast.

I will do legs and cardio today, but first i need to take a nap!

today is a rest day for me l,im really going to try and concentrate on my diet in the up coming days. If i just get my groove going of staying on track then i will be fine.

Ive got new calorie calculations from TheDailyPlate.com that seem reasonable so im trying them out for about 6wks,starting today. ( 1820 on non workout days & 1800 + 1/2 of calories burned on workout days) I know it looks complicated but it will be worth it if the scale starts dropping agian.:)

Thanks for the hugs! DH and son are in the states already, just talked to them. I miss my kids, of course Dh too! LOL I will check out the website! I need to get better with my eating as well:rolleyes: i had no energy today, but still managed to do leaner legs and abs! Enjoy your rest day and don't drive your self silly with the scale, it will move again. I am in the same boat!
