Hi Belinda! I did my icycle #36 30min last night. That is a good one! It is not 30min...it is almost 40! Have you tried any of these besides the itreads?

I might do an itread today plus abs. I am feeling my legs and upper from the past two workouts by GS series this morning!
Today I had a BLAST doing my workout! (can you guess what I did?) hehe I did Step Blast this morning and should have done a few more jumping jacks because I burned 497 calories.....a few more jumps and I could have made it a even 500. lol I was way tired this morning and almost slept in, but I'm glad I didn't. I was so sweaty by the end of the workout it felt awesome.
For the past week i have been experiencing allergy like symptoms AND im taking Zyrtec. I was so tired yesterday,and this morning im just beat, I may take a rest day today unless i have some spontaneous burst of energy.
Guess i will quite taking Zyrtec and try something else. Maybe i will ask my work tomorrow if he could maybe prescribe something...im just miserable?
