Good morning,

Since I took a rest day yesterday, I will play catch up on my workouts! I need to do shoulders/legs and cardio:(

I really would like to get another round of STS in before we leave in May, haven't looked at a calendar to see if I can finish STS before May 1, maybe I am to late for the game? We will not have a house right away, we will be traveling from Georgia to Texas, from Texas to Washington DC in our RV and living in it for a few month. Depending how fast we can find a place to live/buy/rent? DH wants to buy a house in DC:confused: I wonna wait and see how we like it first in the DC area, does this make sense? Our RV is over 3 feet long and it pulls out on the sides, it has a full kitchen/bathroon! A good size bedroon and a living roon. Not that I wanna live in our RV forever:eek: just until we can figure things out. I don't want to rush into anything right away! I always do my workouts in our RV/running! That's not a probleme! I just can't do any heavy, I mean havey lifitng:confused: like STS! I do will bring my small BB and some DB's. I hate moving!

Hi all!

Today is a rest day, so all I did was TBS. I was pretty stiff this morning, so that's about my speed. Between STS and starting to run again, I'm working the muscles hard. Besides that, got all the Christmas decorations down except for the lights across the porch. Too much snow and ice to hold the ladder stable, so they can just stay there for awhile.

Needing to rethink the menu - not eating as healthy as we should this weekend (pizza, chicken tenders, etc.). It's harder to get the good food together when we are pressed for time. Suggestions?

Belinda - If you start now, I'm sure you have time to get in another round of STS. If you start tomorrow on week 2 - D4, you'd be right with me! As for the RV, think of it as an adventure. I can see that you won't be able to go heavy because you won't have the space. Is your DH originally from the DC area? Maybe you can cruise the country and visit some of us Cathletes!

Heidi - Hope your mom is doing ok. Sorry about the car situation. How frustrating!

glad you enjoyed your rest day with a nice stretch! Can you cook your meals ahaid of time? Today I made a pot of lentils, yum! I usully eat oatmeal for BF, eat a sandwich/fruit for lunch, have a snack in the afternoon if I am hungry and have something warm for dinner or a salad/veg & a protein. Try not to eat carbs at night, hope this helps! Oh, drink lots of water;)
