Today I will do 45 min. cardio, not sure with one yet I worked my abs yesterday, never done KPC abs on Monday

I woke up with a stuffed nose and a migraines headache and my ear is infected:rolleyes:

Morning! Today is 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels! Im going to try and do the whole 60min workout...it doesn't look like its hard intense as Cathe's stuff.

Will try again with B&G. It's been a while last time I did this I can only do half of it. I feel such like suck a failure. Wish me luck!!

Hey girls....did I say that Jillian Michaels workout didn't look as intense as Cathe's stuff? :eek::eek::confused:....i just finished 65mins of it and i can't move....i burned 655 calories:eek: i also feel like im going to puke:confused: Wow,is all ive got to say...wow!

Oh,its on sale at walmart for 9bucks:eek:

Jay-I would definitely invest in the workout! There is three levels. Each level is broken down into three circuits...each circuit consist of 3 minutes of strenght training,2mins of cardio and one minute of abbs...sounds easy right? I also thought it looked easy after previewing last night:eek:. But...what kicked my but may give you a good workout:)(lol)

THANKS girls for the get well wishes ! You girls are awesome! I am drinking lots of vitamins juice and vitamin C. My head still hurts and my noise is running. I am taking it easy today, I rested a lot. DH and I went out for dinner, so I don’t have to cook. I was glad for that, LOL!

Amelia** WTG, on your workout! High fives, girl! I have one DVD from Jillian Michaels, I never used it! BTW, nice cal. burn!

Heidi** Have fun with your workouts today. How are your legs feeling? WTG on the DOMS!
