I will go to the gym this afternoon! The roads look pretty bad right now

Just finished Total Body Stretching. A couple days of stretching and wearing low heels has done wonders for my back. I feel so much better. The hamstrings and back aren't nearly as sore/tight as they were just a few days ago. I may be able to get back in the swing of things by this weekend.

Belinda - Did you make it to the gym today? We finally got above freezing here, so things are melting and slushy.
