Today starts my revovery week! I will do cardio & lots of stretching this week.

Not sure, what I will do today?

I will be back later to report my workout!

Ou! Woke with sore throat I hope I am nit getting really sick!
Going to make my chicken soup this should help. ;)

Might forego my workout today. Have to see how I feel later.

Hi ladies!

Had a great weekend skiing with the girls. DD had so much fun and can't wait to go again. Pleasantly surprised that my knees have't hurt at all. The strength training and running are paying off!

Today starts Meso 2. Looking forward to a chest workout without all the push-ups! Also really trying to focus on eating this round. Feeling stronger, but no noticable results yet.

Belinda - enjoy your recovery week - you've earned it! Are your plans for only cardio this week?

Heidi- glad you had a nice time with your mom. Hope you keep that bug at bay. Maybe a rest day is just what you need.
