Heidi, so happy you checking in! Sorry, about work, hope things slow down for you! I am doing my second round with Debbie's Jan,rotation! Did you do all your 1RM? I am not even done with mine:mad: Yes, I finally got my STS, love them! The stretches are great! I will start STS as soon as I am done with my 1RM! I am also waiting for Cathe! She can take her time with the STS rotation! I am in no hurry:p The weather here in Germany is crazy, one day it's cold, the next day is raining and today we got sunshine! Not sure how long that will last?? Let me know what you think about STS?

Good morning everyone! Today was HSC! I don't think I have ever done this one before so I was in for a surprise. Cathe moves through everything super fast - I had to kick it into high gear! My hamstrings were still super sore from the last two days so I'm not sure how they managed to hold out today. I burned 610 calories and my HRM was annoying me because it kept wanting to NOT take my HR. Grrr....

I am not completely done with my 1RM's yet either. I hope to finish out the 4 and 5 star ones this weekend.
 
I think I am going to push back my start date for STS now... I just saw that Cathe will be starting it on the 16th of February.

Front/Back Lunges w/u – 1 set/8 reps -15lb
Front Lunges – 8 reps -20
Back Lunges – 8 reps -20
Barbell Static Lunges – 2 sets/16 reps -70/70
Plie Squats w/ BB /– 32 reps -70
Plie Squats - 16 singles, 80
Step Ups w/ 4 Risers – 2 sets/12 reps -20/20 DB each
Squats - 16 singles, - 80
Sit & Stands w/ 6 Risers – 10 reps - 70
Qtr. Deadlifts - 2 sets/12 rep - 60/55
Calf raises 3 sets

FLOOR WORK
Inner Thigh Raises - 3 sets with ankle weights
Outer Thigh Raises – 3 sets with ankle weights
Hamstring Raises w/2 risers - 54 reps with ankle weights
One Leg Hamstring Press w/2 risers - 64 reps with ankle weights

I burned 553 cal.!


Karen, HSC is a fast workout! I don’t use it much; I don’t remember the last time I pulled it out, lol! Nice cal. burn, girl! My legs are super sore too! Maybe I will take a rest day tomorrow and give my poor little legs a break! LOL! I am still working on my 1RM! I will start with Cathe

Just finished my STS workout.

warmup: iC #35 20min worth (this is a 60min cycle with abs usually)
StS: chest, shoulders and bi's (went really light because I wasnt sure what I was getting myself into) This is going to used to set some 1RM info.
Did the abs from circuit abs dvd. : no equipment abs

Nice workout! I will be changing my weights up a little next time around. Used 20#BB, 5 and 3# DB's. YA STOP LAUGHING. :) I told you that I went easy! ;)

Belinda: WOW! Awesome job on your workout and weights!!! Very impressed! Have fun with the DOMS tonight!

Karen: Nice job on HSC. That is tough! You too will be feeling this tomorrow! ;)

Heidi** I assume you didn’t do your 1RM, hah? LOL!I think you still feel it! Cathe starts the rotation Feb.16, I will start then! Hopefully I am done with my 1RM! I am using week one disc with my 1RM, LOL! WTG on your workout sounds like a touch one! I been doing Debbie’s rotations since 2 ½ month now, my entire body is sore since day one! LOL! I may take a rest day tomorrow??

I think I will go to bed early tonight:rolleyes: BB tomrrow!

You will need that rest day by the sound of it. Enjoy!

I agree that FF's rotations are tough! I started and stopped Dec's. I couldn't keep up with it because of all that was going on here. I could only do about one round anyway. ;)

Hey girls...finished my workout earlier,i burned 430 calories:eek: My legs are already aching from all the jumping she does in there...my goodness:confused:

Heidi-Its good to see you! speaking of FF's rotation..im doing a rotation that she suggest for me last week. Awesome workout today!!!!!
