so...i woke up at 7:30 and the kids bus comes at 7:00:confused:

Its just as well because DD woke up and said she didn't feel good, her body aches (oh no..please not the flu) but she doesn't have a temp so thats good.
anyways...there both home today.

I took a rest day yesterday and today is suppose to be burn intervals. But i want to do a Cathe workout...so Im thinking about doing either 4ds/HIS or cardio step premix on LIC, or I may jump on the treadmill for a quick interval run? Just have to get in a cardio, then I will do PH abbs :)

Work Drama
So...work is going well. I really like it. Im busy most of the time so the day flys by. I did see a side of a co-worker yesterday that I didn't care for. A very bossy side! She kept telling me what to do yesterday. I was glad when she left, I asked my trainer what her deal is and she said she's going for assistant manager of the bakery and its going to her head! She left me some of her work yesterday too (mainly her dirty dishes). I think she's taking advantage of me being new. Im not going to say anything about it just yet since im so new, but if I get behind and the manager ask why...i will explain then.

Great job Amelia doing your CLX workout today! ;) I just finished CLX burn circuit #1 and then an itread #2 40 min run. 3.15miles.
I hear ya on wanting more cardio. :)

Sorry about the co-worker..there is always one in the bunch to ruin it for everyone.

Belinda: How did your workout go? I did my abs with CLX ab burner on Saturday and I am still feeling it! I only used a 3# weight too! Just hit me different I guess. Always good to change things up right? ;)

Good evening everyone!

Got in a 2 mile interval run on the treadmill. Debating what to do about the iTread's. Should I start with a few 20 minute versions to get used to them, then go longer on time? If so, start with 1, 2, 3 and so on?

Belinda - I remember D19 - felt it in the shoulders and pecs for days. And also found out that triceps do get DOMS.

Amelia - great job on getting in the workout. Keep it up - it'll help offset that drama stress from work.

Heidi - Which iTread's do you have - probaly a whole bunch?
