Hey Belinda! Have a great workout with D18! I had a long day yesterday and was unable to get in a workout.

I am aiming for double duty today! :) CLX BC#3 and cardio with abs. Hmm maybe that's triple duty!!! LOL!

Was going to meet with my Sis today and then go to my aunts but it is snowing up where she is and its pouring buckets here. Yucky day for sure!

Hallo ladies,

Sorry, I forgot to post my workout, I did my workout right after I posted! I also did the extended stretch, love that one! I also talked the dogs for 45 min, the sun was out!

Heidi - have fun with your double or should I say, triple workout today! Glad you had fun yesterday.

Amelia - nice job on LM today! I also did my floors and bathrooms today! Now it's time to relax.

Oh Boy feeling every muscle too! Doing these workouts at such a slow pace really burns. This is just weird because the workouts are only 12 reps too.

How are you feeling Allee and Amelia? After today's workout I was shaking for a time after as well.
