Good morning girls,
I am getting ready to do disc 2 (back & triceps)! Yesterday I cahnged my workout room around to make it STS friendly! Now I can do wall squats without carpet, last week I ended up moving my carpet all over the place I also can do those paper plates excerises in my workout room, last week had to do them in my kitchen( it's rright next to my workout room!
