I think I have one of the MMA workouts on the calendar for today. I opted to sleep in though this morning. I've been really tired lately and just want to take advantage of the weekends. I might get my workout in today - if not, I will do it tomorrow. DH said something about going to the zoo....not sure though, its rather cold out there!

Belinda - My lower body is sore today! But its not as sore as when I did disc 3! I think I am getting used to the STS workouts at this point...

What are your plans for tomorrow? DH and I are going for brunch, maybe pick up a nice move. I plan on doing a workout tomorrow too, need an extra one. My eating was bad yesterday.

I just finished MMA Fusion! I have not done this one before and did not know what I was getting into. I thought it was fun! There were some different/tough moves in it - but nothing I couldn't pick up right away. I felt "tough" after finishing it.

DH and I actually did some work in the basement today. I know, I know...I have been talking about our basement for like 2 years. I am DETERMINED to get it done by March 1st though. My mom is coming to visit and I want to have something new to show her! So today I made DH get rid of one of his old "bow flex" type machines. We inherited a bigger/better unit from my brother so we no longer needed his smaller thing. He wanted to go to the bookstore and bum around but I said "not until we get rid of the stuff in the basement!". I'm glad I stood my ground. Now I have enough room to finish painting the ceiling. Tomorrow I will go down and do a second coat on the one side and then move all of the stuff to the other side of the basement and paint the other side. Then its just a matter of setting everything up. I can not wait. I just want it DONE! I will keep you posted when it gets that far...

No huge plans for tomorrow. I actually don't like V-day all that much because it reminds me of my ex cuz its his birthday. (he ruined it for me!) Plus, I think people shouldn't just have one day to show they love someone - they should show it all the time! I'm glad my DH does.

Alright, off to get some school work done.
