I will start my cardio very soon, I have an doc appointment after lunch today!

I will post my workout later this afteroon!

interval run for 30-40min
leg drills from Kick Max
abs from core max
stretch

Felt DOMS yesterday afternoon and most of the night from GS C&T but just a little sore today. ALL GOOD! :)

I better get moving....might have an early release from school because of the approaching storm. AGAIN! Due for about 14+"'s between today and tomorrow!
