Where is everyone today? I didn't see a thread for today; I hope I didn't miss it!

I haven't worked out yet today. I am off today and spending some quality time with DH. Some time this afternoon I am going to do Gym Style Legs and maybe a short cardio burst of something.

The sun is out today and it is 12 degrees! Heat wave! It actually doesn't feel too bad.

Karen-How did your workout go yesterday? Glad you got the card

Today will be a long cardio for me, i need one..not in a very good mood maybe a workout will help.
