Today on the Dec Rotation is KPC but I am missing my runs! So instead I am doing a
Runerval 10K training. :) Cant Wait!!!
Having my coffee and then I will HIt IT!

What are everyone else's plan for today? ;)

OH! My legs are just fine today after that Lower Body Blast yesterday. ????? Oh well..maybe the DOMS will show up later. ;)

Horrible head cold here! Studying for my training test tomorrow, then to bed early - need the rest.
