Not sure what I will do today? DD wants to go to Regensburg.


I will be back to report my workout. What are your plans for 2010? Happy New Year, everyone!

DH had to work last night so I almost slept in this morning because I figured I would work out while he was sleeping today. BUT, I then reminded myself on how that idea hadn't been working out for me lately and I got my butt out of bed and did Circuit Max before DH came home. I'm glad I did. I love this workout! Its a oldie - but a goodie. I was dead by the end.

Lets see, plans for tonight? DH and I are going to a cafe in Ft. Atkinson to go see a band play. I guess they are having some 5 course meal deal thing as well. It should be fun. I'll have to take a nap this afternoon so I can stay up that late...

Hey girls,

Ive finished my workout for the day. Did Kelly Meyer's plyo+4ds Chest & triceps+25min yoga workout. Burned 540cals, i had to cut my hrm off during it to take care of the kids then i would forget to turn it back on...so who knows how many cals i actually burned

No crazy plans tonight, DH is going in earlier so he will get off at 11ish,so hopefull we can see the fireworks on the lake together,something we do every year.

Karen-Great job with CM this morning. Have fun tonight!

Hello everyone!

WO today was snow shoveling. By the time breakfast was over and cleaned up, both TV's were monoplized - one with football (pregame shows) and one with video games. Guess we'll stick with the snow shoveling for the workout.

Belinda - Enjoy your trip to Regensburg if you go

Karen - Nice job getting up to workout! Sounds like you have a fun evening planned.

Amelia - Nice job getting your workout in, too. I'm sure those fireworks over the lake will be pretty tonight.

We're waiting for a my brother to arrive from Chicago anytime now. Then tonight we'll celebrate the New Year with all the visitors (my parents, sisters 3 kids, and brother) as well as my aunt and uncle.
