Today was Legs for me. I did 4DS legs + Legs and Glutes floor work. Then I also did KPC Abs. My lower body is already starting to feel some fatigue from the workout. yay!

I am back at work today. The cold seems to have moved to my chest/throat more than anything now. My eyes keep burning though - I don't know what is up with that...hmm.

Only two more weeks of school left this semester after this week. I am sooo excited! Then I get a break before my winterim class...
 
Good morning!

Today I did BM2 Premix 6 - Timesaver Cardio. It's been awhile since I did this one, so the choreography was a little tough. Still I survived. I also took the dog for a long brisk walk, so that burned the calories I didn't during BM2. It all balances out.

Belinda - Tough workout, doing both the legs and upper. How do yoru muscles feel?

Ameila - Enjoy RS. Good luck with the steps.

Karen - Glad your are feeling well enough to go back to work. Enjoy the DOMS!

Karen-what are you going to school towards agian? I can't remember:confused: i use to get excited when the quarter would end too, so nice to have a break from all the homework and classes...

Amelia, it was crazy at the gym yesterday. Nice cal burn on RS today. RS is a tough one, took me awhile to get the hang of it! Hang in there, girl!

Sherry, I like Cathe’s Dec. rotation, glad you like it. WTG, on BM2 cardio today. BM is a tough one, it’s been awhile I have done a step workout.

Karen, nice job with your workout yesterday and today. Sending you healing vibes. Maybe you need a rest day, if your cold is in your chest? Glad you getting a break from school soon, you need one.
