Good morning ladies,

Not sure what I will do today? Maybe i will take a rest day? Haven't had one in 6 days! I also have a PT appt. this afternoon.

Sorry, I have no time for personals. DD is leaving Monday, time goes by so fast.

Great job on your workouts yesterday, ladies!
 
I am happy to report that my workout is DONE! This morning I did The Viper workout from the Terminator DVD. One C&W cardio, then one IMax 2 combo, then 3-4 weight segments from ME. OMG, that workout is just way too long! I thought Cathe was very evil when she put the 9th combo from Imax 2 as the last cardio. I could just hear the evil laugh... I feel good though now that it is over. :)

My chest is super sore from skiing last night (weird), my butt is also a little sore.

I've got a training class today...I hope we get out early. :)
 
Good morning!

On today's wo schedule are the 4 star STS exercises. We'll see how I do. My upper pecs are still really sore from the incline flys a couple of days ago. the rest of me feels good today.

Belinda - Enjoy the rest day and the time with your daughter. I know how precious time is when together with those who live far away.

Karen - Great job getting in your wo this a.m. I think the Viper is evil. though I regularly talk back to Cathe. If she could only hear what we say about her in the midst of the sweat.

Amelia - Hope your posting problem is resolved.

Hey, I was thinking about trying some green smoothies, starting with some of Kathryn's recipes. Any of you try them?

BBL after my workout - first to get the trash out, which requires shoveling the snow drifts.
