Good morning,

My plan for today is: Insanity " Cardio Recovery" plus legs! I don't know if the gym is open or closed this weekend for the holiday's? I wonna make sure, I get my leg workout in this week;)

Are you all ready for x-mas? I am not ready, still have to go grocery shopping!

Where is Kristina? Haven't seen her around lately?

I will be back to report my workout! My best to all!

LIS done! 8" step this a.m. - makes a difference in the calorie burn, and those darn intensity blasts. Almost went back to bed with the thought of getting my workout in this afternoon, but realized that never happens, so pushed myself up. Feels good, and glad that I did it.

Belinda - Great job getting both the intense cardio and the weight work. You are awesome. Is DH joining you at the gym? Done with everything but the groceries, too. We've got the turkey for Christmas eve, but nothing else. Grocery shopping is not one of my favorite things. Neither is the cooking. I prefer to bake, but that just doesn't seem to help the waistline.

Heidi - Nice job getting in your workout yesterday. Hope DS is feeling better. BTW, DD did sleep in her room last night, even after watching an episode of Psych last night. Says she's finally getting used to the darker color. LOL!

HIGH FIVES LADIES!

Busy day yesterday. I got a call from my brother and he needed a ride to the hospital.
He thought he broke his foot somehow. Luckily it wasn't and it might just be a pulled tendon.
DS had his appointment yesterday afternoon and his strep test so far is negative. He is home resting today.

Paperwork and phone calls so far today. I have to head into the office soon. I will try to get in a workout later this evening.

IT IS SNOWING HERE! Trees look like antlers. ;)

Hallo ladies,

I did CCPP, 5.5 miles plus legs! My legs are fried today. Still need to do Cardio Recovery! Don't feel like getting up right now, lol!
