I got my workout in yesterday, did pilates/core first,then most of L&G then i felt great so i took off down the road for a run interval and it was awesome(well,besides my legs trying to lock up). I miss running outside,so much fun. I only burned 390 cals though
Today im thinking will be a long cardio on the treadmill, maybe CCV6 + some sprints. then i may do some upper body,ive got to burn cals to make up for all the bad eating
We have a b-day party event to attend at a japanese resturaunt this evening, kinda looking forward to going. The kids are going to my moms to spend the night.
There sure is alot of hustle and bustle going on around here lately...
This morning I got up a little later than I should have so I ended up doing Drill Max Scrambled Premix which was like 46 minutes or so. I'm glad it ended when it did - I was ready to stop.
I previewed some of my new SC dvds last night and they look pretty intense. Gulp. They will be a nice switch though and look like lots of fun. My DH's mouth dropped when I came into the living room with the pile of DVD's. lol
