Yesterday I did 4DS KB + SC Boxing plus abs! Today I will do M2 D18 (Back & Biceps). I am halfway through STS:D

Amelia - which org. LIS did you do yesterday ? Nice cal burn, girl! Do you always step on a 8"? Kudos to you!

Heidi - WOW, on your cal burn and workout yesterday. Make sure, you drink lots of water, hope you feel better soon.

Sherry - hope you enjoyed the wine and move yesterday:p sounds like my kinda night!

Hey Belinda! Great job yesterday on your workout too! ;) Have a great workout with your STS program.

I am doing:
GS Back, Biceps and abs.

But first I have to workout this knot in my neck and shoulder area. All of a sudden it pulled tight or something weird!

Morning,

Had a weird dream last night. Apparently i was a Lego-building-pro and every time i built a house out of Lego's, Godzilla would come and stomp them. It was quite the dream...

Today is suppose to be a rest day but i will do P90x Yoga...probably until i get tired of hearing Tony's comments;)

Belinda-Ha,ha....no, i never use an 8" step..i got a little ahead of myself yesterday when i kicked it up a notch with LIS. My normal height is 6". When are you coming to the states again? Nice workout yesterday.

Heidi- Ouch on the knot and shoulder...hate when i get those. Have a great workout today.

Hi everyone!

No workout yet. Slept very well last night (no Lego/Godzilla dreams going on here). Then, this morning needed to get the kids to the early sale at Penney's because they had very good prices. DS is outgrowing everything, and now wears a larger size than his dad. His bone structure definitely takes after my side of the family. DD now wants to shop at the junior shops because "the clothes are more stylish". Hence, saving wherever we can!

Brought up the Cathe Cam from the road trip. There's a class going on right now - boot camp. Looks loads of fun. Can't wait 'til she comes to Chicago.

For today's workout, I'll be doing a circuit workout today - maybe the LIS/TBS premix. In a bit DH and I will be walking up to the art fair - just the two of us - kind of like a date! So the workout will be after that.

Belinda - Wow - already halfway through STS again? Very impressive!

Amelia - Yeah, the 6" step is what I'm using lately, too.

Heidi - Hope you get the know worked out soon.

I must have been half asleep yesterday when I posted. I ended up posting to an old check-in I used to check in with. lol

Anyway - today I did TF 30 + about 35 minutes of muscle endurance. I just did a mix of some UB/LB/+abs. Then DH and I went to starbucks for a early breakfast and then did some shopping + a movie. I am ready for a nap! :rolleyes:

I think I am going to switch my major for school. I have alot of work to do this weekend to get everything situated before Fall semester starts. ugh.

Amelia - I hate having weird dreams! They seem to stick with you all day.

Sherry - Is Cathe coming to Chicago??

Heidi - I hope your neck feels better soon!
