My excerise today was iTread Set 12, 60 min. I was gonna run outside, but around 10 a.m, it was getting ot hot! I burned 610 cal.

A heat way is coming through Wisconsin. 80's during the week and a high of 92 is being predicted for the weekend. Yuck!

Today was cardio for me as well. I did the BM2 Cardio Timesaver workout. I started out half asleep - but had to wake up really fast! I was soaked by the time I finished. I forgot to put my HRM on this morning though, oh well.

Today is 60min cardio. I may just get on the treadmill for an hour and call it a day:rolleyes: just not in the mood:eek:

Open house for the kids school is this afternoon,there so excited and so am I;). Thursday Ds starts, friday DD starts...finally mommy gets some peace and quiet:D

Hey Amelia: Have a great run today! School already? This hasn't been summer yet! Lousy weather so far. Although this week it should finally hit the 90's.

I did a walk and abs last night. Went good and feel great this morning.
So today I did MIS. Feeling those upper DOMS already. ;) I am going to try to stick to the new rotation for Aug.
It has been a rough go for me these past couple of weeks. But I am determined to get back at it stronger.

Hey Heidi..im glad your peeking in on us today! Good job with your walk and abb work yesterday. Isn't MIS intense? The chest workout is killer...:cool:

workout done,burned 898 cals in 104mins ...i decided to cut the grass.;) why not kill two birds with one stone:p:D

Thank you so much for your well wishes. :) I am starting to feel m self now that the meds are kicking in. I will be on them until the end of Aug.

Amelia: Great job! Wow you burned a lot of calories cutting the grass! I wish I could do that but I am suppose to avoid the sun. MIS isn't too bad. But I am feeling it already! ;)

Belinda: It so good to come back here with your all. Your all so encouraging and I love hearing about your workouts. How is the StS program going so far? I think I got up to half the second meso cycle. I will try it out again later this year when I am feeling stronger.

Karen: Hope that you are keeping cool! :)

Tomorrow is a cardio workout. I will do half on the bike and half on the TM. Not up to running just yet.
