Today is Chest/back/abb ripper. Im gonna do some of kenpo X too...didn't get to saturday. My goal is to burn 600 cals(thats what i put into my food log;))

Hi Amelia! Wow you have a great workout planned! Have fun! I hear ya on the laundry
piles....it never ends! ;)

I am washing the sleeping bags from this weekends campout my DH and DS had. They camped out Friday and got completely soaked! It rained heavily Friday night and Saturday. LOL! I told him it would rain and that the tent isn't waterproof anymore. It looses this ability after awhile. All the more exciting for them I guess....

It was a busy weekend here so I didn't get in any workouts.

I will do C&W today for an all over workout. :)

Hey Heidi-I didn't know tents lose the water resistant ability afte a while...good to know. How long does it take? Weve had our tent for about two years now. Sorry your guys got all wet...Have a great workout girl!

My workout is done...burned 560,close to my goal. I wasn't able to do any pullups but i did a couple of negitive ones. Think i will get me a heavy duty band to use until my back muslces get stronger..

I am finally done with M2 D16:D Had a better workout this week. I lowered my weight for chest workout, for some reason my 1RM is a little to hight. Had me bench press 101 lb:rolleyes: I lowered it by 10 lb. I woke up with lower back pain this morning. It's only my chest workout that's been a little off? Weird! I will be back to report my workout and for personals!

Argh long day! Just exhausted!

My DH came home early to work at home and I never got in my workout!

Tomorrow school starts for my DS. So I will be up really early to see that he gets ready and out the door on time. DH will have to drop him off because there is no bus for him this year.

Amelia: My tent is about 10years old I think.....so this could explain it. There is a spray that can be used on the tent to help with keeping its water repellency. Yours should be fine for a couple more years I would think.
Great job on your workout! Pull-ups take time to master but it will happen! :)

Belinda: Nice job! Even if you went lower it is good. My numbers for some of the weights were too high also and did the same. Be careful on your back! Make note of your form when lifting to see if this is the problem. Maybe lifting too heavy of a weight and arching your back at the sametime could account for this.

I will do an interval run and abs tonight. ;)
