Good morning,

I was so sore yesterday, never got a cardio workout in. Even my butt is sore:p My shoulders'chest & triceps are still so sore, I never had DOMS like that before. I will make up for yesterday's missed workout, not sure when. I hope I can lift my BB to do my back and biceps today:eek: I hope I didn't rip a muscle. Yesterday I did Ab Circuits Pilates-based abs, that was painful:rolleyes: Now my legs, chest, shoulders and abs are sore. I like beening sore, but not like this. I did took a nice hot bath last night, which helped a little.

I will be back with personals and to report my workout.

Oh Belinda! You really worked yourself hard! Stretch and if you decide to do your upper maybe go much lighter! This should help with stretching the muscles also.

I am feeling my abs from the past couple of ab workouts. SWEET! Upper body on tap for today. :)

Morning, today is legs/back/abb ripper. I haven't had a chance to preview this workout so i will have to preview and do at the same time;)

Heidi-What upperbody workout are you doing today? Re: yesterdays post...i now remember you telling me before about the weightloss while you were sick. Im sure it was water.

Well,Im up about 4lbs and im starting think mine isn't water...the scale hasn't budged all week. Im not weighing agian until next friday. DH measured me yesterday and i think that last rotation made me build muscle where i didn't want it(did a ff rotation). My legs are up like 1/4 of an inch..and with all the running ive been doing...they shouldn't be:mad: FF rotation only had one leg workout a week, but i was lifting as heavy as i could. sigh,im still learning what works for my body.

Amelia: I guess you and I are in the same boat with trying out different routines to see what works.
Have a great workout! It sound like a good one!

Belinda: How's it going? I will be joining you on the upper DOMS I am sure from PUB. This one always gets me. I went up on the tricep work but down on the biceps.

The rest of my day is work as usual and meeting with my Mom again. Later I have to pick up my DD for she will be here this weekend. YEAH! I miss her a lot seeing as she is living out of town. I won't be seeing her much after this because school starts soon for her.

Hi girls,

Still can’t report a workout, I was gone all day long. I just walked the dogs for 45 min. and I am getting ready to do my workout.


Amelia, wtg on your run/yoga workout yesterday. Good for you having that cheeseburger yesterday, you wouldn’t believe the stuff I eat every day. I am still losing weight, all in moderations of course! Have fun with legs/back/abb ripper today. I think your 4 lb are water, don’t sweat it!

Heidi, nice job with your workouts. Which TB workout did you do? Yeah, I think I will do a little lighter on Monday (Chest/shoulder/triceps). Have fun with your UB workout today.
