Hi and good morning

I will go with DH to Kaiserlauter today, last minute thing I will try to go to the gym in the hotel! I will report my workout later tonight.

Today was cardio for me. I felt like running so I gave the treadmill a whirl. Of course (just as I expected) half way through the workout I get a horrible side stitch again. I was so mad! Up until that point I felt great....grrr. I had to stop for a few minutes and relax and then was able to finish. I ended with the stretch from BM2. 423 calories burned. I love running, I get so nice and sweaty! I know that sounds weird, but it makes me feel good.

Tomorrow morning we leave for our vacation!

I can't wait until today is over with....

Morning..im glad the site is back up and running agian. I tried to check in this morning around 6am and it was offline.

I finished my workout earlier, did some laps around the neighborhood then did my own mix of Back,Biceps and Shoulders. I did three rounds of of three exercises of each body part...i really exhausted those muscle's. Maybe i will have some doms tomorrow

Great job with your workout Karen, sorry to hear about the stitch. How long do you warmup? Maybe that has something to do with the stitch? Im not sure...i know they are a PITA. I walk about 5mins before running. Have fun on your vacation...where you guys going agian? I bet you won't sleep to good tonight due to the excitment love the night before a vacation
