Today I am finishing up M1 with disc 12:eek: I am so looking forward to a recovery week next week!


What are your plans for this weekend? I am going to my sister's house today, I will be back on Saturday.

Today was a rest day. I did Bryan Kest's Power Yoga - Energize. Wow, have I lost alot of my flexibility over the years! There were a couple of moves that I was horrible at that I was able to do before. Made me feel depressed.

On another note - at least its friday. My boss is driving me up the wall - he really needs to go. Or I will go insane!!!

Not much planned for the weekend. DH has to work this weekend. I need to do some house cleaning. We are leaving for Virginia next Friday so there is alot of stuff I need to wrap up around here before then.

Alright, off to work! :(
 
Hey girls, just finished my workout. Did CCV3 outside then came home and did my own mix of legs and shoulders. I really exhausted both muscle groups...time for a shower. I burned 375 with CC but not sure how much in total, forgot to turn my HRM on before starting weights:rolleyes:

Karen-great job on your yoga workout!

Heidi-How was your workout? My blister is very scratchy but doing good, i wore my indoor sneakers to run outside...i have a muddy driveway so thats why i never wear them out...but i have to now since my old sneakers are in the trash:confused:
