Belinda - Nice tickers! :)

Today was PUB. Yikes! Those bicep curls at the end there really get you. (or me at least!) Cathe is evil for making you do abs with a ball after working your UP so hard. Arms are very shakey during those pikes!

What does everyone else have planned for today?

Karen: Nice job on PUB! I am the same way on those biceps. It seems like it will never end! HAHA I do the abs first now because of the shaking. ;)

I wanted to run outside, but it looks like we are getting heavy rain. I got up way to early this morning, still haven't done much. If I don't go for a run, I will do KB? Not sure.

Enjoy PH legs and iTread 5 today. Wished I had a TM:(
 
Hey girls...today was a rest day so i decided to cut some grass. It took me about 2hrs but its over and done with for now.

Karen-My hats off to you girl for doing pikes...something i have yet to master. Nice job with PUB, yeah i remember that bicep seg....killer!

Heidi-Great workout planed...work it;)

I just did CCV1!:p The weather broke for about 35 min., when I ran home it started to rain again. I was lucky:p I burned 450 cal. ,not bad.

I need to cool down. BBL!

Belinda: Nice of the weather to break just enough time for your to get in a great run. Nice job! :)

Just finished my workout also. PHEW! I did the itread first and then the leg work from PH. I did the abs and stretch also on that one.
Total workout time: 70.13min, 2.75miles, 570.cals burned (more or less I didn't use my heartrate monitor so the totals are from my treadmill and the workout manager. ;) )

Off to shower and work!

Amelia, where is your ticker? LOL! I thought by now you will have one. Burn those calories while cutting the grass, girl! You and I need to master those pikes. LOL! I still can’t do them, lol. Enjoy your rest day.

Amelia, which ticker are you getting? The weight one? Put your actual weight in starting weight, put how much you weigh in currant weight. In goal weight put your dream weight. Than klick on display weight loss. Klick pounds and press update. Go to your i User CP to edit my signature and save/upload! That’s it. It’s easy!

AHHHAA! I fixed the double ticker! I am excited that I got this to work! Now I am really accountable! :) LOL!
