Hi and good morning,

I will do cardio today. Last night, I did my ab workout and a nice streatch.

I will be back with personals!

All I can start with this morning is "Ouch!". Meso 1 legs always get me. I am pretty sore today....

This morning was catch up. Started with a 20 minute steady state run. Then did STS #11 Back and Triceps. I then followed that up with abs from Rock Steady Step (another ouch!) and then did the stretch from that workout. IN total - 523 calories burned. I'm spent. Off to the shower.

Today the rotation calls for legs so since ive already done MIS legs this week, I thought i would mix it up with PLB.

Workout done! Decided on LIS LB circuit. I added in some weights instead of the stabilty ball. Burned 450 cals in 40mins.
