Good morning,

I never got a workout in yesterday:( Oh well! I am planning on doing cardio and abs today. Haven't decited on the DVD yet:confused:

I will be back to report my workout and personals! Have a great workout.
 
Wowza! My butt is in some major pain from plyo legs yesterday! ;)

MMA Fusion was on the agenda for today but I am not a big fan of that DVD, plus I am getting sick of the SC series due to having to do them for the last 2 months. So, today I opted to do KPC instead. I missed this workout! Had a great sweat going and felt great afterwards.

Good morning Karen and all who follows,

I wished Cathe' would have thrown in some premixes, miss them. You get bored with the SC very quickly.:confused: Nice job on KPC! I do like MMA Fusion, btw! I don't do the SC to often, I don't wont to burn out on them.

My morning was so busy again! Ended up doing LIC "Cardio Blast Timesaver" plus I di the abs from Step Heat!

I forgot to tell you guys, DH is running the Army 10 miler in DC in Oct.:D He wants me to run it with him. He's already signed up, I coudn't get in. They fill up in less than 24 hours:confused: He still wants me to run it with him. I wouldn't be signed up officially, if someone would drop out I could run the race under their name:confused: I told him what's the point? I would spent a lot of money on an airline ticket, they are not that cheap from Germany. I still gonna train for the 10 miler:eek: I think it would be fun!

Hi everyone!

Hiit 40/20 done. I do really like this one. Kind of nice not having to remember choreography. Legs weren't as bad today as I thought they'd be. 'Course, I slept in today and woke up with DH's alarm. Either I didn't set mine or I turned it off instead of hitting snooze. Threw myself together and headed out the door. Didn't pack a lunch, but instead of food from a restaurant, I bought a Kashi frozen meal, chicken something, and it was pretty good. Might do that again in a pinch.

Belinda - Maybe you two can do another race together, and get the kids involved this time.

Amelia - Did you get a workout in today?

Karen - Great burn! I like KPC, too.
