Getting back in the game her too. :) It has been so stressful lately with eveything. I was looking back in my calendar at the weight enteries over the past 2 years...very depressing to say the least. :(

Yesterday was PUB and I did the abs with pikes...feeling it today! :)

Going out for a run around the "loop"....need to get rid of a headache I have had since yesterday. Fresh air should help.

Did my walk this morning. 3.2 miles

It helped for a short time but I ended up taking a rest and then didn't get up again until after 4PM!!!
