Good morning ladies,

I am back from my German ENT doctor, He thinks with the mew meds everything should clear up the next few days:D He shot some meds up my nose, now I can breath again:eek: Hope it stays that way! I don't need surgery, what a relieve. I was so happy! The American doctor on base had me worried yesterday.I can't wait until this all clears up!

Monday I will start Meso 1 all over again:confused: I am not very happy starting all over again, hope I don't get stuck over and over in Meso 1! I will do the 6 month rotaton.

I will try to take a walk with my dogs today and maybe get a stretch in!

Whooohooo,Great news Belinda! Im glad your able to breath agian. You sound like me...if im going to do something,i want to give it my all(refering to starting over on your meso 1) I would probably start over too. How many workouts have you missed? If there isn't many, maybe starting where you left off would work?

Hey to everybody! Today is Cardio Coach on the treadmill. I had fun with volume 4 yesterday...i think i will do V 5 today,there both about 40-45mins. I will also do power hour abbs and some plank work(since it seems to make my entire core so sore:confused:)

My Challenge this week: NO EASTER CANDY,my kids got alot and im bound and determined to stay out of it...so far so good. Im stronger than that damn candy;). They would have a fit if i threw it away so i can't do that.

Belinda: What fantastic news and what a RELIEF! Here's to wishing you a speedy recovery! Can I start Meso 1 with you? ;) I have been back and forth on starting Meso 2or not. Here's to Monday!

Amelia: You go girl! Have a great fun run. Love that feeling on the abs too! I did an iCycle #35 which includes abs and stretch work. I felt those abs yesterday. ;)

Hey Everyone - Today was Cardio Fusion and Flat Abs from the Squeeze DVD. I was sooo working out in my sleep this morning. I need to sleep in one of these days, however I don't think that will happen anytime soon. sigh.

Great workouts so far everyone! Belinda its good to hear that you are feeling better. :)
 
Workout done, im glad too:confused: CC V 5 is longer than 45mins so i only did challenges 1+2 and that was enough,i was pooped after that:confused: I did PH abbs and plank work first;)

Heidi-Great workout planned girl....

Karen-Awesome job on your workout! I almost purchased that Squeeze workout when it first came out...i hear it gives great doms.

HI Amelia! You have been doing awesome with your workouts! Good to do abs first just to get them out of the way. :)

Finished my complete workout!
PUB with abs. This was really hard after doing the weights first! My arms were shaking trying to keep steady on the ball. The last couple pikes my wrists couldn't take it any longer.
I did the iTread #19 sprints with Total Body Stretch #1 after. Phew! Needed a big time shower after all that! ;)

Off to work now! I hate to leave because it is really warm and sunny now. :( Would rather stay and work in the yard with kitty. ;)
