hey girls! quick post here....i finished my workout! did a dog walk for thirty minutes then i did a thirty minute jog...the very first time ive jogged for thirty minutes straight major accomplishment for me!

I just came back from the gym. I did 30 mins on the TM and other 30 mins on the bike.
