Hey to everyone

Im such a bum...no workout yesterday, i was getting ready to do PH then dh suggest that we go hiking instead:confused: can't say no to that...so we took the kids and cassiegirl(labmix aka horse,lol) hiking..went about 4miles. It was fun.

You guys wish me luck..today starts the first day of my new diet. Ive decided to stagger my cals and keeping an average of 1600 throughout the week. .I will be taking two rest days a week too. No more going to Myfitnesspal either...im writing it all down like i use too. I got myself a snazzy new food diary journal;)

With all of that said..i have to figure out what im doing today? BBL with the results.

Amelia, thanks for asking! Right now my back feels a little better, I am on a lot of pain killers:rolleyes: I am still very positive. Nice job on your walk yesterday. Sounds like you are on the right rack! Good luck!

Amelia: Here I am wishing you luck! ;) I think it is easier to right in a personal journal than on-line. You can add so much more info that way like how your feeling and so forth.
Nice walk/hike yesterday! Having fun with your family and burning cals at the same time is the best form of exercise in my book!

Belinda: How did your walk with DH feel yesterday? When do you go for the MRI? I am keeping my fingers and everything else crossed that you will be fine!

Great workout Heidi! what is TM challengers? Awesome calorie burn!

My workout was done ealier...decided on kenpo(p90x version of kickbox). I did about 56mins of it...burned 450 cals. It was fun...

I started a new rotation. Doing Fitnessfreaks Intermediate Fatloss rotation.

It's a great workout and you can do this as part of your training for races. :)

I will try to write out the workout details for you so you can try it out. Just add your favorite music. ;)

Hi Amelia,
This is the workout:
Choose your training pace or( 0 point) according to your latest 5K time. For instance I did this workout starting out at a 4.0. My highest speed in the end was 6.1 or just above a 10min mile.
Warm up 5 min: walk at 3.0 - 3.5
Bring pace up to 0 point for 1minute
5 min run @ speed increases every min. : .1, .2, .1, .2, .1
Bring back to 0 point for a 1 minute recovery
5 min run @ speed increases every min: .2, .3, .2, .3, .2
Bring back to 0 point for a 1 minute recovery
10 min run @ speed increases every min: .1, .2, .3, .3, .2, .1, .1, .2, .3, .3
Bring back to 0 point for a 2 minute recovery
5 min. run @ speed increases every minute: (increase first 4 by .1 or .2) Last increase is .2
Bring back to 0 point for 1min recovery
Cool at easy jog or brisk walk
YOUR DONE!
