Good morning

run interval @ the park then an upper body workout on tabs today. I never did workout yesterday...i lowered my cals to make up for it. so those two pesky 1400 calorie days are GONE for the week:D

Allee-Nice job with your basic step workout yesterday...you will get it soon then you'll be off to more workouts. Cathe is so addictive:p

ok...i will bbl w/personals and to report my workout. Ive GOT to get off the computer:confused:

Just finished my run:

itread #8 60min!
64min, 5.15miles and 630cals according to the TM

HRM: 1:05 min, avg hr 163, 1002calories!!!! WOW! ;) Where's that gallon of ice cream? HAHA!
light stretch then on to abs: ab hits #6 15.5min.

Amelia: Have a great run! Hope the park isn't flooded! ;) Which upper workout are you planning on?

OMG...im having one of those days:mad: First off,the alarm didn't go off this morning and i happen to wake up about 30mins before the kids had to be on the bus. I rush them,the bus comes early:)mad:)and we miss it...had to drive them to school.
Then,i decided to do my cardio around the neighborhood and there were %&*@ dogs all over the place barking and circleing at my feet:mad:(and there owners watching like idiots) well instead of them chasing me I turned around and starting running after them...and they were running and hollering(lol,gave me a little smile;)) I get home and my phone isn't working. Its crackling and buzzing in my ear... I try to call the kids docs and get passed around to about three different people...urrrrrrrrrr.

I GIVE UP...im going to bed:confused:

But on the brighter side... I got both my workouts done, did CCV3 then my own upper body mix. Totaling about 543cals burned.
 
Good morning everyone!

Workout done - only did P90X Yoga today, because it is a 90 minute workout. I just finished, so I have that nice yoga buzz going. Rest of the day, plans are to paint outside - it's finally dry.

Amelia - It will get better. We all have days like that. At least you got your workout in!

Heidi - Great run! I had to stop running because of my knee. Now I'm starting all over from ground zero. I need to be ready for a 5K at Thanksgiving. The rest of the family (DH - who rides his bike home from work every day; DS, DD, nephew and niece - who all run with school or play soccer, and my own DB - who is still single and has time to work out every day as well as play softball and soccer) will probably kick my butt quite well. I at least need to save some face.

Allee - You'll get there. Just stick with it.
