Morning, ive got a suggestion. How about a weekly thread instead of a daily.

Im getting the kids ready for school. Todays workout is legs + abbs. DH and I are cutting the grass today too, so that will be my cardio;)

Scary story.....My MIL called me yesterday and told me that she heard a 911 call on her radio scanner. The call came FROM MY NEIGHBORHOOD about a pit bull running loose. The women that called 911 said she couldn't leave her house because it was growling at her:eek:. That was at 10:30am, i was running in that same area around 8am.

DH and I just came home, the drive was sooooo long. Almost 6 hours one way! I didn't get a workout in yesterday. It was 102 here in Germany, a record high. But DH and I got up at 5 am this morning and went for a run, only 45 min. yesterday it was so hot and today it's raining. The humidity was 100% this morning. I burned 380 cal.

Amelia - Scary! Good think you didn't run into the thing! As far as a weekly checkin - I guess I don't care what everyone decides.

Today was S&H Legs and Shoulders + BM2 abs. I then took our pup out for a walk. We are packing up our stuff for Virginia. (DH is already getting on my nerves!) I'll be back on the 31st!
 
Im back!! Finished my workout,yay..did 4ds legs and my HR got pretty high during those leg presses. I burned 230 cals all-together.

Karen- Do you want us to set your DH straight for you?;) I know...my DH is getting on my nerves everytime he's off work..i can't get anything done around the house:rolleyes: Great job on your workout...have a safe trip!
