Hi all.
Today's workout was LowMax followed by a cool down lap with the dog. I think I need to ease up on the weight workouts. I started taking down a block retaining wall yesterday, and now my elbow is bothering me again. At least, I need to use lighter weights and not so many reps. Think I'll be backing off P90X, again.
Amelia - Enjoy your rest day or walk, whichever it is. I've been catching up on the Anita Blake series, so just finished Blue Moon. I'm the same way about a book - once I start reading, I must finish it, even if I'm not enjoying it. I've only stopped reading a handful of books because I couldn't stand them anymore.
Heidi - Been a while since I did C&W - maybe that's the speed I should be at right now. And please, stop worrying so much. I know, easier said than done, but you do need your sleep.
