Hi all!
Back from a short run (they are getting better!) and a cool down lap with the dog. I haven't exercised since I checked in last Saturday - allowing myself to get distracted by everything else. Tried some discipline this morning and feel better about this morning. If I can finish my library book before the rains come this afternoon (read, allowing myself to be distracted again), I intend to walk there to return it rather than drive.
Amelia - Pilates - good for you. I'm so bad about doing core/ab work. How are you feeling?
Heidi - Enjoy your sprints. What are you getting at Best Buy?
I need to back and read the check-ins from the past few days to catch up.
