Heidi-LOVED that JM interval run...thanks agian! I watched JM 'Master Your Metabolism" on PBA yesterday, very interesting...she knows her stuff. I may have to get that book...have you read it?

Hey Everyone - sorry for being so non existent. Last weekend I finished up Cathes October 08' rotation. This month I am going to follow the January rotation from last year?? Anyway, I am following the format of it, but I am actually going to try to NOT do my cathe dvd's. I want to give her a break and do some of my old goodies instead. Today I did Step it Strong w/ Keli Roberts. The cardio is pretty easy on that one - but the weights always get me the next day. I still feel pretty pumped from it.
School is busy. Tests already! Ugh. Work is another pain in the butt.
I have still been trying to keep up with all of your posts, just haven't had the time to post my own every day. I'll try to do better.
