Good Morning

Today is MIS....i will bbl after im done.(if i can walk:confused:, the leg workout in this seems to last f-o-r-e-v-e-r) Ive got doms in my glutes from all those darn lunges from the biggest loser workout i did friday...it was tough, i may have to purchase some of those friday...


Sherry-Love dingdongs, i cant bring into the house,lol. That goes for any kind of snack cake like that...:eek:


Allee-How is the beginner rotation coming along?

Belinda-High fives on finishing your house cleaning yesterday! I think im down to two loads of laundry now...feels good to have a clean house.


Heidi-How are you doing? What workout you got planned for today?

Alrighty,bbl after my workout. The kids want pizza for supper, so i plan on saving some calories for a slice(or two;)) bbl
 
Good morning!

I think today will only be a walk with the dog and a good stretch. I'm feeling really tight today. Then it's off to DD's soccer game.

Amelia - We have pizza way to often here during soccer season - Little Ceasar's is right around the corner and the hot-n-ready special is just too easy to pass up. Fortunately the season is over at the end of the month.
