Do I need a high step?

I have a Reebok step so I'm limited on how high I can raise it up. Will I need a high step for STS? I've been debating about either getting a High Step or getting the Original Health Club Step with extra risers.

I actually have 2 Reebok steps. I could always put one on ebay to help with the cost.

So what do you think...High Step or Reg. step with extra risers? Any good deals out there? Target is the cheapest I've found but they don't have extra risers.

Hi! Do you have a weight bench to lay (or is it lie???) on? If not, I would def get the Orignal Step as it works great for a weight bench. I have a high step also but many times will just use my Original Step with extra risers. Cathedotcom has the risers for sale. www.FWonline.com also has them. Fitness wholesale also sells the steps. Hope this helps.
