A little while back I posted about the guy I was dating and how to have "the conversation" which worked out well at the time. However, the guy remained unable to communicate his feelings towards me and therefore I ended it. Of course he wanted to continue dating me but felt that it takes him a while to open up to someone but also said that he wasn't the most emotional guy and had some things to work on. I in turn need someone to be able to show me how they feel about me and be able to compliment me. I actually told him that I get more compliments from strangers when I go out with friends than I do from him and I've been dating him for almost 4 months. I'm a little heartbroken over it but I think I did the right thing for myself. Sorry...had to vent.

Hi Tina,
So sorry to hear this, I remember your original post about all this. You had to do what you had to do. I think you made the right choice. Maybe he will find a way to change his emotional side and come back to you. Hold your head up, you are a beautiful person!
 
It is so much better to do it now than wait until you have years invested and are still emotionally bankrupt. I know this is hard, but you are doing what is best for you, and that is commendable! Just hang in there, and the right man will come along and treat you like the queen you deserve.
