Disk 6 -- exercise description

Hi SNM:
The 1st two(2) exercises on STS Disk 6 are worded a little wrong...

#1 reads as follows:
Front Lunge + Back Lunge
(One Legs at Time) (dumbbell)

should read like this:
Front Lunge + Back Lunge
(One Legs at Time)

#2 reads as follows:
Alternating 45 Degree Front
Lunge

should read like this:
Alternating 45 Degree Front
Lunge(dumbbell)


On the actual DVD, Cathe uses no dumbell on the 1st exercise, but, she does use the dumbells on the 2nd exercise, so I think the description wording just got switched around. Just a minor fix! ;)
