Actually, I can't say that. I DO eat fast food on occassion. I put nothing COMPLETELY off limits or I'd go insane! Luckily for me I can usually control my cravings for junkfood so I won't go overboard...Like eating a 900 calorie breakfast burrito MYSELF!

I heard about that on the radio this morning and was both appalled and completely unsurprised. It's absolutely disgusting, but this is just the kind of food Hardees makes. They sell a "salad" with 1100 calories, for Pete's sake! x( It makes me sad that there is enough market for this kind of crap that Hardees stays comfortably in business...

Aw, come on, guys. I think it looks and sounds really good. Yes, I will never eat it knowing how bad it is for me but I still think it looks good. Hey, Hardees knows what they're doing.

You are absolutely right Allison. Let's face it, food that's bad for you usually tastes freakin awesome. One reason why we have an obesity problem in this country. Another reason is b/c it's so cheap & accessible, like this delicious-looking, unhealthy, probably inexpensive & made-to-go burrito. :9

I completely agree. It's so unsettling that all these things are so incredibly cheap. I takes time and money to cook/buy healthy meals and so many people aren't lucky enough to have that.

That is gross, but I have an 11 year old that could snarf one down as well He loves baconators (Wendy's or B. King?) and crunchwrap supremes and beefy cheesy melts from T. Bell....not that we go there a lot, but man that kid can eat! (and he's a rail - very thin and active)
I do have to admit those cheesy beefy melts are kinda good, though....

I do WW'ers and totally agree with an above poster about the fat/calories in hardee's food! Just one single thick burger has 21pts (i get 28 at day)needless to say no thick burger for me,LOL!

I have to say, I was a little surprised the other day as well. DH and I were ordering in and I went online to see what I should get and they also had the nutritional info there...I had to have a look. The things I didn't think were to bad, were! The ribs (which I know is bad for you) were 1900 cals and 52 grams of fat! Can you imagine? The best thing there was the ceaser salad which of course was also loaded in fat but on the lower end of the scale!

That is one of the most revolting things I've ever seen. I saw it on CNN online yesterday. YUCK. Now granted, I don't eat most of that stuff anyway, so rolling it all together in a burrito is just over-the-top for me. The kicker is you can actually get this as a "meal combo" to include more hashbrowns!! gross
