Did you think of doing a stew type dinner with like
Chicken , sweet potatoes, carrots, celery,onions, green beans and peas and add some fat free cr. of chick soup. I do one like this with frozen veggies and i cut my own carots and onions and potatoes. It is really good.
I do precook my chicken and cube it though. Otherwise you get that white stuff that comes out of the chicken in it.
