dimples

Hi gettingfitmom! I don't know your genetic blueprint but to some degree the "dimples" are hereditary and stubborn to resist change. But regardless if this is in your genes, you can still improve your situation tremendously by doing both cardio AND weights.....and actually one more, clean eating. The combination of the three will bring the best results you can ask for. You will burn fat, shape your thighs, and keep your system free of processed and high sodium or starch based foods which many times contribute to the dimpling effect. Also, drink lots of water to keep your system cleansed and flushed. Good Luck!

Cathe, Thank you for taking the time to answer! I was thinking it was due to genetics...it tends to run on my mother's side. I really try to eat clean, this time of year is hard w/ it getting dark early and not being able to do much outside. I have always drank plenty of water(at least 5-6 12oz. glasses/day)I'll keep plugging along. I do want to thank you for your DVDs, I have seen great improvement in my upper body and legs, it's that stubborn middle...(no pain, no gain). Thank you again Cathe. Gettingfitmom:)
